Tai Chi is a comprehensive series of physical movements and breathing techniques, with mental and spiritual intent that allows the individual to experience a meditative state. It is rejuvenating and calming, assisting the body and mind to maintain balance, and exercises the body, mind, and spirit, even the internal organs.
